~2min

1 servings

Ingredients:
2 eggs
1 tablespoon milk
1/8 teaspoon ground cardamom
1/8 teaspoon ground cayenne
pinch ground corriandor
2 tablespoons fresh chopped parlsey

Instructions:
  1. Pat dry the parley after washing (and before chopping)
  2. In a bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix well
  3. Over medium heat cook the mixture as you would scrabbled eggs
  4. Serve on a warmed plate (eggs cool quickly so this will prolong their heat)
Serve with a small amount of grated cheese. If the cheese is too strong, the flavours of the dish will be overpowered.
